So there has been rumors floating around since a week or two after the MK game released that Freddy Krueger and Jason would be a DLC. I paid no attention, figuring it was just fanboy rumors, but it turns out Freddy is a DLC.
All I can honestly say is: Meh.

I'd prefer Pinhead over Freddy. Jason could be cool. Has he been confirmed yet or is that just a rumor?

I don't know about Jason yet. I thought Freddy was a rumor, but that turned out to be true, so Jason might be as well.

I was surprised when I first saw this. And I thought that Kratos from God of War being in the PS3 version was nuts (then again, Sony has been doing a lot to have some of their franchise characters included in games such as this, as in another thread on another topic in this section I will explain).
