Shao Kahn & Sindel

I got an email from someone that thinks Shao Kahn and Sindel should be lovers in the game. I think it could spice up the MK world a bit, as well. I mean don't make it all lovey-dovey, but it would be interesting to see Shao Kahn have a soft spot for Queen Sindel, yet be his evil self.

I know people on here are going to go, "WTF?! NO WAI!", but it's just an idea and a twist to give to the MK world.

Shao Kahn had feelings for Kitana in MK: Conquest...yes, he did send the shadow priests to kill her and he threatened her at times, but you could see he still cared for her. Would it be that bad if he was protective of Sindel? We see him as this super villian with no weaknesses, I think it'll be nice if he had one - love.


Ah well, I know it won't happen in the games, but it's be nice if there was some changes in storylines.

Anyhoo, I know it's a weird topic, but it gives the forums something different besides the run of the mill posts that you can find in just about every forum.

I'm normally not one to mess with shipping in well established franchises, so with all due respect to both the forum and the MK community, I think I'd sit this one out.

Shao Kahn uses Sindel as a key to get access to the Earth and ends up falling for her...I like it! I don't think Kitana will be too pleased with that though!

I thought in MK3 he actually did fall in love with Sindel. I haven't played the game in ages so I don't know how the endings turned out.

Nah, as for as I know, he didn't show much love for her. He was just using her as a key. In the MK web series that's out now, it did mentioned he did starting to fall in love with her. In the MK Conquest series, he probably loved her. He cared about Kitana...in his own little way.
