Beyond & Good & Evil coming to HD next year

"Next year you'll get to either relive the experience or see why it's a cult classic when Beyond Good & Evil HD is released on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. This will be the same game released in 2003, only now it will have 1080p visuals, the character models are receiving makeovers, textures are being polished, and the soundtrack is being re-mastered. Achievements/trophies and online leaderboards have also been added.

This game will be be released in store on XBox Live on March 2nd for 800 points. I will be buying this for sure.

Looks like PS3 owners are going to wait a while for it. I'll update later with a PSN release date.

never heard of it until i started posting here. i'm going to be renting a lot of games next week so i will get this too.

You can't rent this game. You can only buy it on XBL or in the PS3 store for ten dollars.

Actually I think the only way to rent this game is if one has GameFly and rents it for either PS2, GC, or Xbox.
