I admit I'm not great at debating when it comes to politics. What's the point, really? However, I will say for you to start a topic like this, it's best to link to videos/facts to back up what you're talking about, otherwise it looks like your just pulling facts out of thin air. Now I have heard of some of the things you're talking about, but if you're looking for a good debate, it's best to get those links up, otherwise whoever here that's good with politics will tear you up into nothing.

He may not be the best debater or action taker elected, but I can damn sure tell you he's done a lot more to get us out of this crap than your best friend, George Bush has, who, need I remind you, got us in this mess in the first place. Your friends, the right wing, seem to take the liberty of saying NO to everything he's trying to help all of us with, and yet they come up with no solution of their own and just do what they do best, reap the benefits of big businesses that pay them off by the millions while we, the tax payers, get stuck with the bill. Instead of watching "Faux" News, why don't you do some real research and get some facts together, then we'll talk.

Thank you!! Man, this is the problems I had at a couple of forums! No one ever got got their facts straight and they never cared to look it up! As for Obama. I think he's doing the best that he can. People expect him to change the world over night and make the world a better place. |

Yes, those people are morons. Obama stated the first time he talked to the nation (or when he made his victory speak) he said, "I probably will not be able to clean up all this mess...even if I stayed in office for eight years, but I promise you I will try my best."
He also stated that different times and I'm sure he will say it again to remind these people. George W. bullshit left a mighty fine mess for Obama and people are blaming him for Bush's mess. Then Obama had to deal with the oil spill issue. People blame that on Obama as well, but Bush got that ball rolling and people that supported him and Failin' had that, "Drill baby, drill!" cheering going on.
