Is there any news for a new StarFox game? I haven't seen anything, but I was wondering if you guys heard anything. ^^;

I heard plenty. Like Fox is actually a woman who sells rice crispy treats during the day, and Falco likes to set atop of buildings and throw snowcanes at people below.
Hehe, okay, seriously. I haven't heard anything.

No official news on a new Star Fox game, either. And what's worse, the official Star Fox website has been taken down. That makes me worry.

Hmm...that is a bit scary, but I would think Nintendo would just come out and say, "No more Star Fox games! Command was it, and you decide what ending makes you happy."
...I don't like that.

I'm not worried, last I heard, Miyamoto said that there was interest in a Wii version and that Nintendo would be working on it themselves since they were disappointed with the direction the other developers took the series in.

Yeah, it's better than no news at all. E3 will be here 15th (or around that time frame), so maybe something will be mentioned then. I'm not holding out for it, but it could happen.

I say that if Platinum Games thinks they can make a decent Star Fox game, let them. As far as their track record goes, I personally did not like Bayonetta worth anything. I thought that was the stupidest and most ridiculous game ever made. However, I love MadWorld to death, so that counts for something. So here's to waiting for E3 for something.

I was a bit skeptical of the idea of Platinum games working on the series, but after seeing some gameplay of Vanquish, I think they could bring out a pretty solid shooter if they follow a similar gameplay route.
