Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock

Sunday I ordered the bundle for this used on Amazon for $36 (that includes shipping, the bundle itself was like $29).

Anyhoo, I always was interested in in the series even since I just played the original GH3 at my brother's house, but I was waiting for the price to drop.

It has a lot of cool songs that I like in Legends of Rock from bands I like. Like , "Even Flow", from Pearl Jam, "Before I Forget" by Slipknot, and "Stricken" by Disturbed. That's only naming a few. I look forward playing these in the game. I should be getting it tomorrow or Thursday.

they stopped making these games didn't they? I used to be a fan of guitar hero 3 but I got bored with it and traded it in for another game three years ago.

Activision did stop making this game a while back. They were done with the genre since it really wasn't going anywhere (even with stiff competition from EA's Rock Band). Who knows when this genre will resurrect again.

Unfortunately for me, my guitar stopped working and it's hard for me to replace it since they stopped making them. I only played this game for a few weeks last year, and a few weeks ago, I wanted to play it again and found out the yellow button on the guitar wasn't working right. I Googled it and a lot of other people had similar issues.

Yeah I had to replace three guitars. The first guitar I had the green and red buttons stopped working and I wore the others out where all controls stopped working. It is part of the reason I stopped playing 3 and traded it. I couldn't keep affording to buy the guitars.
