This "death-pop" (what a Orgy member calls their music) band came out in the late 90's with a updated version of New Order's 80 song, "Blue Monday".
Orgy's first CD, "Candyass" was more heavy rock based. Their CD album had more of a "futuristic" sound and very interesting. The third album...well, it was good, but it seemed depressing. The first CD is what got me hooked into Orgy. They were different from other rock bands. Even their looks were different. Yeah, a lot of rock/meatl bands had the makeup, but Orgy had like a sfi-fi look going on. When the third album came out, they were more "normal". Though I do understand the hassle of getting your makeup to be perfect when performing songs and having to keep doing touch ups on it.
Anyways, that's just a little about the band. They used to be my favorite, but...they just disappeared. I don't think they broken up because Amir and Ryan (from the band) are in a new band called Julien-K and they talked about Orgy a lot and they talked about doing stuff with them again (but this has been a few years ago). Thus we'll see in the future.

Not true. Back at the end of March, Ryan announced in a video to his followers that Orgy is plans for a 2K10 tour, so don't give up on them just yet. Here's the video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=dDZx7Y3kGUo (fast forward to about 4:22 to see the announcement)

What's, "Not true?". You make it seem like I said Orgy broke up.
"I don't think they broken up because Amir and Ryan (from the band) are in a new band called Julien-K and they talked about Orgy a lot and they talked about doing stuff with them again."
And that is true.

Don't fret. I was mostly referring to the (but that has to be years ago) part since the video I came across was posted fairly recently.

Ah, I see now. That's my mistake. I typoed. I meant to say, "It has been a few years ago since they mentioned that." Sorry about that. I wasn't mad at anything, I was just confused. I didn't read much about Julien-K this year.
When I mentioned this has "been" a few years ago, it was before the JK CD came out and they were working on it. An interviewer asked if Orgy have broken up and Amir or Ryan said, "Nah, we're working on our Julien-K project, but you can expect a tour of Orgy in 2009 (or 08), and this was on the Orgy Wiki, but it has been awhile since I've been there, so..I could been mistaken and it could have said 2010. I am blond, so my bad. I admit I'm dumb. ;p

I heard of some of their stuff before. I liked Stitches and Blue Monday. I hate the band Deadsy though.

Yeah, I didn't care for Deadsy either. Heh, I haven't heard of that band's name in ages.

R.I.P Orgy
Jay should've renamed the band like Dead Orgy/or something. Orgy will always be Amir, Ryan, Paige, Bobby, and Jay.
